		Many thanks to Roy and Barbara at THE LAST SHOT! In addition to sponsoring the PKD Festival The Last Shot will also serve as a secondary gathering site for the festival. Here we will have ‘fireside chats’ among fans, music, poetry and a party in the evening of Friday August 13th. Roy's Last Shot is located in the heart of Gilpin County, Colorado, on the Peak to Peak Hwy (Hwy 119). Roy's features a full bar and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. A true 'locals hangout' Roy's welcomes regulars and visitors alike with a friendly atmosphere, great food and excellent service. In addition to the expansive regular menu Roy's Last Shot features daily menu specials. Roy's offers special brunch items on the weekend and always offers the best pizza in Gilpin County. Breakfast is served all day. Roy's hosts many special events including many mountain biker events. The facilities include pool tables, pin-ball machines, deck dining, volleyball courts. 		We are pleased to have the support and association of The Stage Stop Restaurant & Bar in Rollinsville! Ron & Margie are welcoming the PKD Festival and are offering us their establishment as another of our secondary festival locations. At The Stage Stop we shall have music, fan gatherings and a party on Saturday night, August 14th. We’ll see you all there!

		Blue Owl Books is a unique used bookstore, coffee house and ice-cream parlour. In addition to rare used books and books by local writers, the Blue Owl has local arts and crafts, gift cards and t-shirts. The coffee is brewed locally and goes well with the baked goods, burritos, bagels, soups and other tasty treats.    On Saturday nights stop in the Blue Owl for Tacos and Tunes - enjoy great local musicians while munching on fresh, homemade tacos!
		Studio 6 is Ventura, California's Artist's showcase located in downtown Ventura at 433 E. Main Street. Fine art from top Californian artists are on display and can be purchased here!
		Black Hawk's 'One and Only' local tea, coffee, smoothies, bagels and sandwich shop. Located next to the Post Office as you come into town from the North - no slot machines! Just organic coffees and teas,bagels, wraps and sandwiches PLUS free WiFi!
